Orders placed before 4pm are dispatched the same working day from Lahore. Delivery is 2–4 working days for most cities, and up to 6 for remote areas. You will get a tracking number by SMS the moment it leaves us.
Yes, nationwide, with no extra fee. You pay the courier when the parcel reaches you. You can also pay online by card or wallet through PayFast if you prefer.

It is the amount of perfume oil in the bottle. Eau de Parfum sits around 15–18%, Extrait de Parfum is 20% and above. Higher concentration means the fragrance lasts longer and sits closer to the skin — it does not automatically mean stronger, but it usually does mean fewer sprays.
Two is right for almost everyone: one on each side of the neck or on the chest. For the extraits (Noir Absolu and Fleur de Nuit) two is genuinely enough. Spray on skin rather than clothes if you want the scent to develop properly.
Unopened bottles can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Once the seal is broken we cannot take it back, so read the notes on the product page first if you are unsure.
Between 8 and 12 hours on skin depending on which one and on your skin type. Dry skin holds fragrance for less time — moisturising before you spray makes a bigger difference than people expect.
Yes, and we designed them so you can. Ambré Lumière goes underneath almost anything. Spray the heavier fragrance first, let it settle for a minute, then add one spray of the lighter one.
